1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of aecheresy.shop and any custom artwork commission arranged with AEC Heresy. By using the Site or purchasing a commission, you agree to these terms.

2. Custom Artwork Commissions

Each custom artwork commission is individually agreed in writing. Before work begins, AEC Heresy and the client will confirm the scope, price, and timeline for that commission.

Commission payment becomes non-refundable once work begins. This reflects the time and creative labor committed to a custom piece.

3. Personal Use and Copyright

Custom artwork is for personal use only unless AEC Heresy grants commercial use in writing. A purchase does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial rights to the buyer.

All artwork, illustrations, photography, text, essays, and audios remain the intellectual property of AEC Heresy unless otherwise credited or agreed in writing. See the Copyright Policy for sharing and licensing rules.

4. Payments

Payments for custom artwork are handled through the secure payment link provided by AEC Heresy. Any payment questions should be sent to adrianne.esther@aecheresy.shop.

5. Site Content

All content on this Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, license, alter, or use Site content commercially without written permission from AEC Heresy.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and payment services. AEC Heresy is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites.

7. Changes to These Terms

AEC Heresy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.
